We invite you to worship every Sunday at 9:00 am and 11:00 am.  Our 9:00 am worship, The Well, is contemporary.  Our 11:00 am style is primarily a blended worship service, with a traditional order of worship and a blended music style.  We offer Holy Communion the first Sunday of every month as well as  at other special times during the year.  Pastor Claire follows the lectionary (usually) in sermon preparation and worship theme design.  The Chancel Choir provides music leadership each week, and the Handbells provide music on occasion as well.  We offer a Children's message early in the service, Children's Church (designed for children ages 3-7) at 11:15am  and a Children's nursery each Sunday. 

Baptisms

Baptism is the means by which a person is brought into the Christian faith community and as such is offered during the context of worship.  We offer the Sacrament of Baptism for infants and adults.

New Members

Persons interested in becoming members of Carrboro UMC may join at any time; please call Pastor Claire at 919-942-1223 to schedule an appointment to discuss church membership.  Adults may join by transfer of their church letter or by profession of faith in Jesus Christ.
