All You Need is Love
We say goodbye to Pastor Claire and send her forth to serve in another appointment. We prepare to welcome Pastor Rani Woodrow and her family to ours. Join us for a covered dish lunch following worship in honor of Pastor Claire.

The Well: Worship for seekers of all ages.
The Well is on hiatus.
The Well is casual, contemporary, contemplative, and conversational. The idea for The Well comes from John 4, the story of Jesus' conversation with a woman of Samaria that takes place at - you guessed it - a Well. It is the longest conversation Jesus has with anyone in the gospels, and it includes details of her personal life as well as topics of theology and true worship. The Well at Carrboro UMC is a place of worship for seekers of all ages, at all stages of faith, and is intended to be a place where through worship, conversation, and communion, we all encounter the Holy One.
It's casual - come dressed as you would to head over to Weaver St for some great Jazz later in the morning.
It's contemporary - incorporating a wide range of musical styles and instruments, from ancient chants to the newest praise music.
It's contemplative - opportunity for you to connect with God and other seekers in prayer, eucharist, quiet.
It's conversational - Pastor Claire will lead us to consider Scripture through conversation and discovery.
It's child-friendly! - At the Well we understand that children are rarely quiet and still at the same time (neither are adults!).
Children's Church offered each Sunday during 11:00 am worship
Children's Church is a worship experience designed for children ages 3-7 (other ages welcome). Children will attend worship with their parents for the opening acts of worship, including a children's message with Pastor Claire, and then go to an experience of worship that takes the pace and attention span of children seriously.
Carrboro UMC Childcare Center offers fulltime child care for children ages 1-5 (pre-k).
We are a 4-star facility with over 40 years' experience offering excellent childcare.
